I interviewed Bgd Gen Cunliffe Owen & asked him to state in what respects I as Div Art Comd or the Field Art had failed. He at first rather "pooh poohed" the question but being pursued said that although I had done good work & worked very hard I had rather failed to enforce my own orders.
