balance of 28 day F.P. on him giving me his word to reform informed Bde Maj. 15th Bde. G.O.C not in. Gave instructions to Gen TIVEY & Col WAGSTAFF about carrying on especially with regard to training during my absence. Spoke to G.S.O 1 about G.S.O 2 conduct going into AMIENS with my A.D.C. (Hamilton) in a govt. car Instructed Camp Comd. Record book to be kept by him & drivers with regard to use of cars. Cars not to go into AMIENS without my permission or A.A. & Q.M.G. Left with Mervyn & Col HEARNE on leave at 12.15.p.m Called on B.G.G.S. at Corps H.Qs. at QUERRIER & spoke about Art. D.T.M.O for 5th Div etc. also called on G.O.C.R.A re O.Ps. heavy Art.
