much nonsense I was working & talking to Bessy very socially when in rushed "Len" as usual. Tell me about Lucy Fanny. What can I say more than I have she begins to like you and you must continue to be just what you are a little longer, but don't spoil all by your impatience. Well tell me about Lucy Bessy - She was not much more communicative, and the two soon sank fast asleep on my cot leaving me to write upon a subject on which I had no more to say. I am standing with my desk sitting upon my tray so pardon my illegibility. Len says Capel will send it for you. Would that I could act as my own decypheress.
