Donkey: Proposed by Mr Miller seconded By Mr Sukroo that Donkey belonging to Red Cross Fund be kept and sect write to Mrs J. Mc Kay asking what price he would give for it. Mr. T. Stove volunteered to paddock same. Cushion: Proposed Mr Sukroo seconded by Mr Gill that cushion offered to fund by Sean Kam Loong be accepted and raffled at 1/- per ticket. Tickets: on the motion of Mr Stove Seconded by Mr Anderson that art union tickets in how be used, as stated to be correct by Sect and that Mrs Truelove draw the tickets from Box 1st ticket being drawn to be 1st prize 2nd ticket drawn second prize 3rd ticket drawn third prize, on tickets being drawn 1st prize was drawn by J. O Donnell ticket no 326 chestnut horse. 2nd prize Bay Gelding, was drawn by Mr K.D. Paterson ticket no 182. 3rd Prize was drawn by Mr .J. Wainwright Cottage Piano Ticket no 25.

Fancy Dress Ball: on the motion of Mrs Flinders sec by Mrs Truslove a fancy dress ball be held second week in September, 1st night to be for adults and 2nd night to be for Kiddies. Final arrangements to be left over till next meeting.

Vote of thanks: proposed by Mr Miller seconded by Mr Sukroo a note of thanks was parred to Mr Anderson for making a locker for Red Cross Fund and to Stove Bros for paddocking horse also to Roebourne Roads Board for Paddocking Horse and to Mr A Neave for donation of £5 to Buckjumping contest.
