Bloom and reach be sent to the Base hospital, Fremantle, Mr Anderson volunteered to deliver same whilst on southern trip. Stock - Moved by Mr Anderson seconded by Mr Stove that Secty be empowered to sell any stock now on hand the property of this committee for reasonable offer Sports Muting - on the motion Mr Stove seconded by Mr Gill that this committee hold Red Cross Sports at Cossack on new years day. Following gentlemen comprise Sports committee, Messers Hawkins, Gill, Sukroo Stove, Anderson Tea - on motion of Mr Anderson see by Mr Gill that the ladies committee run the afternoon tea at Cossack Audition - on motion Mr Sukroo sec by Mr Gill. Mr Harbutt and Flinders be asked to audit Red Cross Books for year 1916 Secty instructed write to Mr and Mrs Ramsemmy and thank them for their offer of use of hall for tea also for tea, milk, and sugar, also and Mr Ramsemmy to fire up and finish of water sports for new year (signature)
