Memorandum 130/209 To Mr J. Monger - Police Station New Norcia 11-12-30 Allow me to inform you of several facts concerning three natives who are about Victoria Plains at present although I am told they are northern natives- About five weeks ago I was told that two natives were on their way to Victoria Plains with the intent to kill one of my natives by the name Anthony Nelabut, for no other reason than that of a northern native having died (natural death) somewhere in Victoria Plains - I took no notice of it, but at the latter end of November one of my shepherds having lost about 200 sheep, I sent two natives to find them, those natives being Anthony Nelabut and John Walley - Each of those natives took a different direction, as directed, and John Walley went towards Koojan Pool near to which place he remained on the night between the 29 and 30 ultimo.
