Jo Rey. Abo. Stated that? white man had seen Abraham, And that the natives could not tell where he slept at night, that he supposed to lie down and sleep any place. And he lights no fire. And that he was seen in Donald Macpherson's Paddock this morning (the 6th inst.) We did our best and failed to find him. On the 7th instant P.C. Hackett left for Walebing to ask Mr Lefroy to attend court on the following day at Vict. Plain's to hear the charge against Bob Jutimara. Returned in the evening and stated that Mr Lefroy said he was too busy at present, that he had to attend to his business. And to bring prisoners and witnesses before him at Walebing on the 8th instant. I was all this day at the station in charge of Bob Jutimara. On the 8th inst. P.C. Hackett. Bob Jutimara (the prisoner) Johnny Walley abo. and Jo Rey abo.(the witnesses) left for Walebing where Bob Jutimara abo. was brought before Mr Lefroy, charged
