203/39 450/39 Post Office Yoling 23/8/41 The Commissioner of Native Affairs 57 Murray Street Perth STAMP: (DEPARTMENT OF NATIVE AFFAIRS 25 AUG 1941 PERTH W.A.) Dear Sir, Evelyn Jones & her parents were only occasional visitors to Badyacing. I do not know where either of the parents are at present, the mother is usually about Southern Cross. She as a child was for a time under the care of an old missionary Miss Lock who taught her to read & write, I know she claims to be a protestant so don't think she would have any objections to Evelyn being baptised in the Anglican Faith. Yours faithfully M le Belshaw STAMP: (NATIVE AFFAIRS RECORDS INWARDS 26 AUG 1941 OUTWARDS 29 Aug 1941 )
