32 JC/F 450/39 18th April, 1941. The Superintendent, Carrolup Native Settlement KATANNING. It is desired to baptise James Dabb, an inmate of Moore River Native Settlement, in the Church of England but firstly, I should like to know whether his father, Sam Dabb, approves of this action. Would you kindly interview Sam Dabb and ascertain whether he consents to James being baptised in the Anglican Church.
